Week beginning 13.11.23
This week is World Nursery Rhyme Week. We have been learning different nursery rhymes.
Jack and Jill
We mixed different shades of blue to paint a bucket.
We explored which shapes would roll down a hill.
Hickory Dickory Dock
We coloured in pictures and made our own clocks. We painted pictures of little mice by making thumb prints, and when they had dried we added ears and a tail using felt tip pens.
Heads, Shoulders, Knees and Toes
We have been learning this song and the actions in dance so we knew the rhyme of the day for Wednesday. We have been learning to name different parts of the body.
Row Row Row Your Boat
We made a boat with our community bricks.
We found out about objects that float and objects that sink in the water tray.
