Week commencing 4th July
What a busy week this has been for Jeffers Class!
We did our dance show on Wednesday and I was so proud of the confidence that the children showed, particularly as we hadn't had dance lessons since the Spring Term. It was amazing how well you remembered the moves!
Today, we had our class assembly and yet again the children made me very proud. I could hear all of their lines, even from the back of the hall, so well done for all the hard work they put in to learn them. We had an ice cream treat this afternoon to celebrate!
We also had a visit from the farm today and it was great to see how excited the children were. They got to get in the pen with goats (including 2 babies!), sheep, a donkey and a pig. They also got to stroke ducks, chickens and a dog. It was a great experience that we all really enjoyed.
Just a reminder to return homework books on a Thursday so that it can be marked and have new homework put in the following day.
Have a lovely weekend and enjoy the sunshine!
