Week beginning 3/5/22

The children are very excited when they come in to school each morning to see how much our beans have grown. 

Our tadpoles are growing. We have been learning all about the life cycle of a frog-how the tadpoles hatch from frogspawn and grow into a froglet with legs before finally turning into a frog. The children have had a go at sequencing pictures to show how the tadpoles will change over time.

We have been working hard on our maths to learn number bonds to 10. Children have been playing a game called 'make 10' using a tens frame, cubes and a dice to see who can be the first to complete the tens frame. You could have a go at playing this game at home.
