Week beginning 23/5/22

Our tadpoles have really grown and they have all got legs. Some of them have also lost their tails and look like tiny frogs. It has been really exciting watching them grow, but it is now time to release them back to the wild. We hope they have long and happy lives!

On Monday we came to school to find an envelope in the classroom containing a letter asking us to design a vehicle for the Queen to get to all her jubilee celebrations in, as she is finding it difficult to walk at the grand age of 96. The children have been busy creating vehicles using the junk modelling. I wonder which vehicles the Queen might choose to take her to all the events happening across the country?

We had a fantastic jubilee day. The children looked amazing in their red, white and blue outfits.

We all enjoyed the parade and jubilee lunch with some dancing!

I hope you all have a fantastic half term and enjoy any jubilee celebrations you may be having. I look forward to welcoming you all back after half term.
