Week beginning 10/01/22
This week we are continuing our learning about the story 'Coming to England' by Floella Benjamin.
In Trinidad, Floella and her family went to market to buy mangoes, sweet potatoes, pineapples and breadfruit. The children tried the food in class-pineapple was the most popular!
This week we have been learning about the artist Alma Thomas. We had a go at creating paintings like hers using finger printing, paint brushes and collage.
