This week is Science Week at Shenley Primary School! We have been doing lots of exciting things this week linked to the theme of 'Growth'. On Monday we planted some cress seeds and talked about what plants need to grow. We have been looking after them all week and watching them sprout! On Tuesday we went on a Spring walk to look for signs of Spring. We found buds, green leaves, flowers, insects and birds. On Wednesday we looked at our baby photos and talked about how we have grown and changed since we were babies. On Thursday and Friday we continued thinking about how we have grown and changed and measured our heights to look at how tall we are and how we have grown since we were babies. We also talked about what we need to do to help us grow including getting enough sleep linked to our Jigsaw topic 'Healthy Me'. 

Next Week... 

We will be talking about our families linked to Mother's Day and thinking about how we might celebrate on this day.
