In English this week, we have begun our new book Planetarium. This is the start of our pre-learning before Space after Christmas! We have written, fact files, written letters and created our own non-chronological reports.  

In Maths, we have been looking at working backwards to solve problems.  This was a little tricky at first but we are starting to gain confidence. 

In Science, we have continued our learning of micro-organisms and we created our own 'YouTube' style videos to teach other Year 6's the different types of micro-organisms that you might find.  We have been checking daily on our bread and some mould has started to appear! 

In Art, we created our final pieces and we were so impressed with them. Some of us have taken our inspiration from the artists we studied at the start of our unit!
