Week beginning 28th March 2022

Dear everyone, 

We have had a very busy week!  

We have continued with our story 'The Last Noo-Noo' we have been thinking of adjectives to describe pictures in the story. We have been practising writing our sentences and checking they make sense and have a capital letter at the start and a full stop at the end! 

In maths we have been learning all the vocabulary linked to subtraction and practising hopping back on number lines as well as counting backwards from given numbers. 

In DT this week we have made a pop-up Easter card which you will see when the children bring them home!  We have created a picture for Ukraine using words as a stimulus and the children have chosen the materials they wished to use.  These pictures will be framed and parents/carers can buy these with the proceeds being sent to Ukraine.
