Week 3 - Monday 20th June 2022

This week the children have been really busy with their physical development! It was SPORT'S WEEK at Shenley and Miss Dales organised a lot of fun, educational and active fun for us all! 

Our timetable was jam packed and the children enjoyed; tennis, smoothie bikes, boxing, skipping, fencing, archery, football and a cooking workshop were they made some super yummy and healthy chocolate orange oats. 

On top of all these fantastic activities the children all joined in with Sport's Day on Thursday, thank you to all the parents and carers who came to support, it was lovely to see you all and spend some time with you all as we near the end of the school year. Well done to all the children for their fantistic efforts, 'its not about winning it's about taking part'

Finally, in English this week we played a game called taboo. This is a game where they have to describe a setting without saying the name (noun) of the place. The children really enjoyed it and used some great adjectives to help!
