Week 1 - Week Beginning 21st February 2022

This week Nursery have been reading the story 'Mr. Wolf's Pancakes'. We predicted what we thought would happen at the end of the story. We drew a story map together and have practised retelling the main parts of the story as a class. We also had a go at writing shopping lists for the pancake ingredients. Some children copied words from cards to write the different ingredients. In Phonics we have been continuing to work on alliteration. 

Next Week.. 

We will be trying some pancakes on Shrove Tuesday and creating a pictogram of our favourtie toppings. It is also World Book Day on Thursday and we are dressing up as a word.
