Wider Curriculum

This week, we are focusing our wider curriculum on Music and Art.

We are going to be looking at 3 artists - all of who have an interest in Illusions.

Artist One - M.C Esher

Artist Two - Bridget Riley

Artist Three - Yaacov Agam

There is an information Powerpoint on each of these artists! Alongside this are some activities for you to complete to create some illusions yourself in the style of these artists.

Task 1

Choose one of the artists and create a double page spread about your chosen artist. We have done this in school many times! You must include:

- Name

- Date of Birth

- Where they are from/live

- Examples of their artwork

- Your evaluation of their artwork. Do you like it? Why or why not?

Task 2

Create an illusion in the style of the different artists. There are templates here to help you!
