I hope that you enjoyed the Daily Steps Challenge last week.
This week I’d like you to take on a Daily Skipping Challenge.
If you have a skipping rope, time yourself skipping without stopping and each time try and increase the number of successful skips. Write down how many you have done.
If you don’t have a skipping rope, you could do a Star Jump Challenge instead.
Each day, see if you can beat the previous day’s amounts.
