Wear your top inside out on 3rd February (and send in a photo)-be kind always... you never know how someone is feeling inside.
How are you feeling today? Have a go at creating something to show your feelings.
Do you remember our zones of regulation board in the classroom where you can move your photograph to the coloured zone to show how you are feeling? Maybe you could create something like this to have in your house and for you and your family to use.
Or you could decorate paper plates to show different emotions.
Have a go at making a glitter jar to help you settle your feelings. Instructions are in the document below.
