For this week, I would like you to think about how you can achieve and hopefully, beat your own personal best. I have given you some ideas, feel free to add you own sports challenges for yourself and family members. If you have a garden or open space near you, you could create an obstacle course, number of bounces on a trampoline, number of skips using a skipping rope or number of keepy ups with a ball to give you some ideas.
