PE Challenge:
I hope that you enjoyed the Daily Steps Challenge last week.
This week I’d like you to take on a Daily Skipping Challenge.
If you have a skipping rope, time yourself skipping without stopping and each time try and increase the number of successful skips. Write down how many you have done.
If you don’t have a skipping rope, you could do a Star Jump Challenge instead.
Each day, see if you can beat the previous day’s amounts.
Why not challenge your family to join in too?

If you feel sad or bored, it can sometimes help to sing and dance to a lively, happy song. This is one of my favourite songs and I hope that you enjoy singing and dancing to it too!
