Well done for all of the amazing wellbeing work that you did last week! I loved seeing the glitter jars and gratitude boxes that you made. One of this week's challenges will take you through until the end of February. You have to colour in a puzzle piece every time you do a physical activity, something kind for others or some self care. By the end of the month, the aim is to have all of your puzzle pieces coloured in. I have also uploaded some 'time to talk' cards which will help you to talk to a sibling or parent about your feelings. Finally, I have uploaded some mindfulness colouring for you to do either this week or over half term. Over the next couple of weeks we have Valentines Day, Chinese New Year and Pancake Day! Why don't you create some cards, decorations, or information posters/ videos about these special days? You could also make some special food to mark the occasions. I would love to see photos of this!
