Week 5 - 30th September 2019

Although the week started off raining, that helped us with our Science Project! We made rain gauges to measure the rainfall everyday this week. We used plastic bottles and a ruler to draw our measuring line. We learnt that weather is the state of the atmosphere or air at any given time in a specific place. That's why the weather isn't always the same in different parts of the country. We continued our Science topic by looking at the different seasons and what changes go on around us during this time.

On Friday we went apple juicing in Shenley Park. We walked down, through the orchard, and got to see where the apples are grown. We then got to try a delicious variety of apples, before cutting and juicing them.
