Week 4- 30th September 2019

All of us in Oxford class really enjoyed our trip down to Shenley Park earlier in the week to go apple juicing. Our favourite part was trying the different apples, some of which were sweet and others which were sour. We then chose two apples of our own and cut, ground and squashed them (under Liz's watchful eye!) until we had made our very own Oxford class apple juice. We thought that it tasted delicious and had several cups! A fun and informative morning was had by all and we produced some excellent writing about the trip when we were back in class.
We had great fun on Friday afternoon creating our dragon eyes as part of our 'Dragonology' topic. We spent time designing them and then made them out of clay. We added detail with clay tools. All of us are really excited to paint them and see the finished product next week!
