Week 3 - 9th March 2020

This week Exeter class have been thinking about ways we can keep healthy. We have talked about how to keep fit by exercising. We found out that when we exercise our hearts beat faster and our breathing becomes louder. Our bodies get warmer and sometimes we sweat. We know we have worked hard in PE if we are sweating! The children have been learning about different ways to move on the apparatus in the hall. They have been practising the skills they have learnt in their PE lesson on the climbing equipment in the outside classroom.
On Friday we had our hugely exciting 'Sport Relief' day. The children took part in lots of different activities-team games, yoga, boxercise and an assault course. In the afternoon we had a go on the climbing equipment in the hall. The children had an amazing time and were all absolutely exhausted by the end of the day!
