Week 2 - 11th November 2019

Another fantastic week of learning has taken place in Kent class this week. We started off on Monday with our first Gymnastics lesson in PE. We explored balances and looked at balancing ourselves and counter balances. We learnt that with a counter balance we had to have trust in the other person to not let go! We also created some of our own routines with all the balances we had learnt. At the end of the lesson we tried to make the balances a little harder by lifting one foot off the floor whilst balancing on our hands.

We continued our learning by introducing our topic of labels, lists and captions and finished today with writing some funny captions about pictures on the beach and ones Miss Grossman gave us. We remembered that a caption must include:

Who

What

Where

Take a look below at one of the funny captions we created!

Finally, Friday was Children in Need. We came in dressed up in either spots or as Pudsey Bear had lots of fun taking part in Joe Wick's Move It Video to raise awareness of children all over the UK in need of additional support.
