Welcome back Plymouth class!

It was a very fun and different first week back as the children had a new teacher followed by a whole week of science. We had a lovely few days getting to know each other and discussing the expectations within the classroom. The class were fantastic with explaining some of their usual routines and made me feel very welcomed.

During science week, the children went in to their houses team which they thoroughly enjoyed and participated in many investigations. They made parachutes using a variety of materials to test the air resistance, had ping pongs on a hair dryer, used microscopes to witness cells and made play dough.

We also then had the Science Fair which allowed the children to see even more experiments that other children had tried at home. It was a great week and extremely rewarding for the whole school.

Hopefully I have managed to meet all the grown ups now but if not please do come and say hello. Wishing you all a lovely weekend.
