Lesson 2 - LI: To identify that a balanced diet is needed in order to stay healthy.

This week we are going to look more closely at the importance of a balanced diet. You will be learning about why it is good to have a balanced diet and how much of each food group is suitable. You may have already started to think about how a meal can be balanced from last week's Science challenge. Read through the powerpoint answering the questions. You can make notes too, as this may help you with the activity.
