Science
This term you have worked hard on learning about plants and produced some great diagrams. For science this week, we will be learning all about pollination which is the process of producing new plants. You will discover how important bees are to the world as they play a vital role during pollination. One of the tasks set, is for you to write a 'bee diary'. You will imagine that you are a bee and explain your crucial part during pollination. There is a separate writing frame attached with an example of this and it would be great for you to do this task to really show your understanding. There is also a plant dissection activity for which you could use a flower from your garden or one you come across on your daily walk (just remember to ask an adult's permission when selecting a flower to use!).
