Science

I have really enjoyed seeing the work that you have produced in Science this half term on plants. This week we will be learning all about pollination which is the process of producing new plants. Bees play a vital role in this and one of the tasks that I have set you is to write a 'Bee diary', imagining that you are a bee, and explaining what you do during pollination. There is a separate sheet attached with an example of this and it would be great for you to do this task to really show your understanding. There is also a plant dissection activity for which you could use a flower from your garden or one you come across on your daily walk (just remember to ask an adult's permission when selecting a flower to use!)
