When can my child start Nursery?
Current Nursery Admissions (2021 – 2022)
At Shenley we still have a few spaces in our current Nursery class available for children with either 15 or 30 hours funding.
Children who turned three before the 1st January 2022 can apply to start immediately.
Children who are turning three before 1st April 2022 can apply now to start in the Summer term.

Nursery Sessions
Morning Nursery Sessions (15 hours funding offer)
At Shenley we currently offer morning Nursery sessions for all children running from 8:45am until 11:45am. These sessions are free to all children over the age of three who are not attending any other childcare setting. These sessions make up their 15 hours funding entitlement.
Lunch Club
Nursery Lunch Club can be booked on a flexible basis and runs from 11:45am until 12:45pm and cost £3 per session. Children can bring a packed lunch or order a school lunch for an additional £2.45.
Afternoon Sessions
Afternoon sessions can be booked on a flexible basis and run from 11:45am until 3:15pm and cost £16.23. Children staying all day can bring a packed lunch or order a school lunch for an additional £2.45.
30 Hours Funding
Children who are entitled to 30 hours free childcare can attend Nursery from 8:45am until 3:15pm everyday with no additional costs. Children staying all day can bring a packed lunch or order a school lunch for an additional £2.45.
Breakfast Club and After School Club

Can I come and look around?
Due to the pandemic we are not currently offering any group tour dates. However you can book an individual tour by contacting our school office. During the tour you will have the opportunity to speak with members of the Early Years Team who will guide you around the setting and be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
