This week in maths we are having a focus on telling the time.  Please spend time this week looking at clocks around the house and practise reading the times on them particularly the 'o'clock' and 'half-past' times.  If your child is very confident with this you could move onto 'quarter past' and 'quarter to'.  Also it would be great if you could support your child identifying what they are doing at different times during the day e.g. having breakfast at 8 o'clock, eating lunch at half past 12, sharing a bedtime story at 7 o'clock etc.
