Maths

We are going to be continuing to work on our counting skills this week, using lessons from Oak National Academy. Follow the links for the daily lesson which includes a video and activities.

We will be looking at numbers above 7 in this unit. If your child is not fully confident with numbers up to 6, follow the lessons on the link below.

I know lots of children are able to count objects to 20 with accuracy. This unit focuses on deepening their understanding of number and how we can represent numbers in different ways. We focus on small numbers to begin this understanding so that the children are able to apply it to bigger numbers once they are confident in this.
