Basic Skills

For reading this week you will be learning all about dolphins! There are three levels of challenge included so as ever, choose the one that is best suited to your confidence level.
Remember to keep reading books that you enjoy over the summer! I would love to hear your recommendations in September.
This week the writing task you complete will be up to you! Use the Pobble 365 website to choose a picture that interests you and complete one, two or all of the tasks given with the photo (it is up to you!) This website is great and could be used in the summer if you fancied doing some writing too!
As you know for the past few weeks we have been working on our year 3 and 4 statutory spelling words. Below are some resources for your to continue practising. Over the summer, feel free to complete these if it will help you practise but equally feel free to find other ways to work on the spellings if you’d rather.

For maths this week,  you will be putting your learning from this year to good use- the solve the mystery of the missing sacks on sports day! Work through the challenge at your own pace. Also attached are some multiplication colouring in so you can continue to practise your timetables. There are 3 different levels of challenge.

Remember Timestable Rockstars will still be available over the summer!
