We have now covered all Phase 2 and 3 sounds. Please re-watch videos and practise those sounds your child is finding tricky. Your child needs to be able to say the sound when they see the letters and write the letters when they hear the sound. They also need to be able to apply all these letters and sounds when spelling words.

Summer Reading Challenge
Every year, Hertfordshire Library Service run a Summer Reading Challenge. Despite the circumstances, this year is no exception and it has gone virtual! Download the document below to find out more information on how to take part. I look forward to hearing about all the books you have read!
Literacy and Maths
In school, our term finishes on Tuesday and then throughout the rest of the week, there are transition meetings for you to say goodbye to your old teacher and meet your new teacher. I have planned Literacy and Maths activities for Monday and Tuesday and then added further activities for you to complete should you wish to.
Mrs Wilson and I are very much looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible on Thursday!
