As part of our Wellbeing week the children took part in exercise, mindful relaxation, being kind to others and of course learning. Mind suggest 5 ways to remain in a state of well being.
1) Connect- talking to others about how you are and saying hi to someone you don't normally talk to.
2) Be active- exercise and physical activity will help us feel good and the added bonus of being with friends can help us feel good. We all did the daily mile and attempted to use the gym when it wasn't raining!
3) Take notice- we have looked at the plants in our classroom and had a good tidy of our workspaces.
4) Give- acts of kindness will help promote a sense of well- being.
Lastly 5) Learning- the job we are all at school to do! Goal setting and learning new things helps promote self esteem. We have done lots of learning this week!
